We ship worldwide, and we have warehouses in USA and China. Your order may come from either the USA or Chinese warehouse depending on your location and the amount of stock we have.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will try our best to correct wrong address, but if we cannot do so before the parcel is shipped, we will not offer any cancellations, returns or refunds.
If you refuse any shipments from The Eco Abode, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This includes refusing packages because of custom fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is liable for additional fees and custom charges. If the package is denied at custom because of non-payment of fees, no refund will be issued.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact support as soon as possible.
Due to high demand, delivery usually takes between 7-20 business days from the date order has been processed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-3 business days to process your order. At peak times, your order may take up to 7 days to process, but we will compensate by shipping it via faster shipping channels.
Please note that the delivery timeframe is just an estimate and do not include weekends and public holidays. If you haven't received your order within 5 weeks, please get in contact with our support team and we will sort it out for you :)
