We strive to reply to customer queries within 12 hours. During peak periods, please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your query.

*We do not offer refunds for the products sold unless it's due to an error on our part.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations are at the sole discretion of The Eco Abode, but if you wish to cancel your order, we will strive to do so as long as your order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

UPDATE: As of 7/3/2019, we will not offer any cancellations due to logistical difficulties. Please check your order before placing it, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Returns

Due to the high cost of transportation, we do not offer returns unless the item is broken on arrival. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare circumstance that you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately and we will replace it Free of Charge.
